The registration fee includes:
- Lunch buffets and coffee breaks as indicated in the program (only for on-site participants)

Regarding invitation letters, these can be issued by UMK upon receipt of
the completed registration form.
Online participants should send their email to the Meeting Secretariat (kizdiagn@cm.umk.pl) after registration to receive their Zoom link for online attendance.

Cancellations will be accepted by the organizing secretariat strictly within (and no further than) 15 days before the event, entitling the registrant to a 50% reimbursement of the paid fee.
Although no reimbursements will be processed further to the cancellation deadline, registration may be turned over to another attendee, provided the name is communicated in advance to the organising secretariat.
