Bydgoszcz Ignacy Jan Paderewski Airport is located only about 3.5 km south of the city centre. From the airport, you can reach the city centre by bus line 80, taxi (10–15 min), or car rental.

By train:
Bydgoszcz Główna is the main railway station and has direct connections with major Polish cities, including Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań and Wrocław. From the station, you can reach most hotels and the meeting venue by taxi or local public transport in about 10–15 minutes.
